The Press Gallery will distribute releases, notices, press kits or any other documents it receives to its members.

If you wish to send out a release or other information to members of the Press Gallery, please note the following:

E-Mails

The Press Gallery will accept press releases, notices and other material via
e-mail. We, in turn, will re-distribute the information to our members via our
e-mail distribution lists. If you wish to send your material in this fashion, you must contact us so that we can supply you with the list of e-mail addresses that you must send your material to in order for it be re-distributed to our members.

Printed copies

The Press Gallery has two offices, one in Centre Block and one in the National Press Building. Sufficient copies must be sent to cover both locations.

For bilingual documents, please send 60 copies to each location, for a total of 120 copies.

For separate English and French documents please send 45 English copies and 15 French copies to each location, for a total of 90 English copies and 30 French copies.

For uniligual documents, please send 60 copies to each location, for a total of 120 copies.

Adjustments are possible. Please contact the Gallery ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements.

Documents

All documents for the national media are accepted and will be distributed shortly after delivery to our offices. We will also accept documents to be held under embargo, which will be secured until the agreed release time.

Delivery

All deliveries from outside the Parliamentary Precinct must be made to our office in the National Press Building. Deliveries from within the Parliamentary Precinct can be made directly to either office.

Hours of operation

Both locations are open from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
