Holding a Press Conference in the Charles-Lynch Room or the National Press Theatre

The Canadian Parliamentary Press Gallery handles all bookings of press conferences in our two locations: the Charles-Lynch Room in Centre Block on Parliament Hill, and the National Press Theatre on the 1st floor of the National Press Building.

There are some stipulations on the use of both rooms. To check the availability of either room, or if you need more information, please contact the Canadian Parliamentary Press Gallery at 613-992-4511.

Neither room is available while Question Period is in progress or for 40 minutes following the end of Question Period.
